The Winery Paul Achs has been operating viticulture for three generations. Paul Achs manages his farm biodynamically and with a special proximity to nature. For him, the cycle of life is most important in the vineyard and so one tries to intervene as little as possible in the cycle.
Its wines are elegant, taut and precise. They have a great length and strength on the palate. The variety of different grape varieties is great, but today we want to highlight the red wines of the company. The Blaufränkisch, which comes from the layers Spiegel and Ungerberg, is light-footed, and fine-meshed and reminiscent rather on a Burgundian style than on lush fruit bombs.
