About the manufacturer
Moet & Chandon
Moët & Chandon is one of the world's most legendary Champagne houses and has been shaping the style of Champagne since 1743. The house stands for elegant, approachable Champagnes that combine tradition with an innovative spirit – precisely what makes Moët & Chandon so timelessly popular.
The distinctive feature lies in the consistent quality and characteristic house style: fine bubbles, expressive, and with a delicate balance between power and elegance. Moët & Chandon masters the art of blending – the combination of different Vintages and vineyards creates champagnes of great complexity and drinkability.
The Imperial lines, which you'll find in our shop, are particularly exciting: Ice Imperial and its variations (Rose, Nectar) are Moët's answer to modern drinking culture. They are perfectly chilled and develop a full aroma – ideal for relaxed moments as well as celebrations.
Whether you prefer classic Brut or the more innovative Imperial styles, you'll benefit from centuries of experience and unparalleled craftsmanship. At Wine In Time, you'll find a curated selection of Moët & Chandon, making it easy to discover the perfect Champagne experience.

Moet & Chandon
The Moët & Chandon Brut Impérial in its impressive 12-liter format is far more than just champagne – it's a style icon for your biggest celebrations. From the finest vineyards of Champagne, this legendary blend unites the elegance of Chardonnay, the structure of Pinot Noir, and the fruitiness of Pinot Meunier to create a timeless classic.
For generations, the meticulous vinification process has followed the same principle: reserve Wines from different Vintages blend into a harmonious whole, guaranteeing consistency and finesse. Aging on the lees gives the Champagne that creamy texture and complexity that has made Moët & Chandon world-famous. The 12-liter format – the Balthazar – enhances these qualities through optimal aging conditions.
On the nose, fresh notes of green apple and citrus fruits unfold, accompanied by delicate brioche aromas. On the palate, a lively effervescence combines freshness with creamy richness. White peach, mirabelle plum, and a hint of hazelnut dance elegantly across the tongue. The finish is long, mineral, and well-balanced.
