The grapes for this wine come from an excellent vineyard and were selected with the utmost care. The 2005 Vintage is considered one of the great Vintages in Burgundy, and this La Colombière impressively demonstrates why. After long aging in the cellar, it now unfolds its full complexity: traditional vinification, fine barriques, time, and patience have made this wine what it is today.
