Aux Boudots 2023

The Meo Camuzet Aux Boudots Premier Cru 2023 comes from one of the most prestigious vineyards in Nuits-Saint-Georges, in the heart of Burgundy . The Meo Camuzet estate is considered the epitome of Burgundian winemaking – here, Pinot Noir is vinified with precision and respect for the terroir. The grapes for this Premier Cru grow on calcareous soils, which impart the wine with its characteristic minerality and finesse.

After careful hand-harvesting, the Meo Camuzet Aux Boudots 2023 is gently fermented and aged in French oak barrels. This vinification preserves the clarity of the fruit while simultaneously lending the wine structure and complexity. The aging process is carried out with care to maintain the balance between power and elegance – typical of this exceptional winery's signature style.

On the nose, a complex bouquet of aromas unfolds, including red cherries, raspberries, and delicate spice notes. On the palate, the 2023 Meo Camuzet Aux Boudots reveals silky tannins, vibrant freshness, and remarkable depth. The finish is long, precise, and marked by subtle minerality – a wine that offers enjoyment now while also possessing the potential for further aging.
