Aux Brulees 2020

The Jean Grivot Aux Brulees 2020 is a Premier Cru from Vosne-Romanée, bearing the signature of one of Burgundy's most prestigious wineries. Jean Grivot cultivates his parcels in Aux Brûlées with meticulous care, perfectly expressing the unique minerality of this site. Burgundy Wines like this one embody the terroir in its purest form – precise, elegant, and authentic.

The wine is produced using traditional Burgundian methods: spontaneous fermentation with wild yeasts, gentle extraction, and aging in French oak barrels. Barrique aging lends the 2020 Jean Grivot Aux Brulees additional complexity without overpowering its Burgundian finesse. The result is a wine of classic structure and timeless elegance.

On the nose, this Premier Cru reveals aromas of dark cherries, wild berry compote, and delicate spice notes of clove and bay leaf. On the palate, the Pinot Noir displays its full splendor: silky tannins, precise acidity, and profound fruitiness supported by earthy notes and a subtle hint of smoke. The finish is long, robust, and characterized by a mineral freshness that invites another sip.
