About the manufacturer
Volcan de Mi Terra
Volcan de Mi Terra is a Mexican tequila distillery that you'll appreciate for its artisanal approach and consistent quality. The brand focuses on preserving the authentic character of tequila – without unnecessary frills, but with genuine craftsmanship.
What sets Volcan de Mi Terra apart is its focus on premium distillation and meticulous selection of raw materials. Every expression, from the classic Blanco to the elegantly aged Reposado and the crystal-clear Cristalino, showcases a distinct flavor profile: pure, expressive agave with subtle nuances rather than overpowering aromas. The Cristalino, for example, captivates with its purity – the complexity of more mature tequilas without the dark color. The XA Luminous offers innovative techniques that nevertheless respect the essence of tequila.
The philosophy behind it: Volcan de Mi Terra wants to show that great tequila doesn't have to be exotic or over the top. It can simply taste damn good. This makes their products perfect, whether you're looking for an everyday sipping tequila or one with a multifaceted character for your cocktails.
At Wine In Time you'll find these thoughtfully curated tequilas.

Tequila
Volcan de Mi Terra Blanco from Jalisco is a handcrafted tequila that makes the volcanic power of its homeland palpable in every sip. The Jalisco region, world-renowned for its blue agave, lends this Blanco its characteristic purity and intensity. Volcan de Mi Terra stands for tradition and precision – a tequila bottled directly after distillation without aging, thus preserving the pure essence of the agave.
The base is 100% blue agave, which thrives in the mineral-rich soils surrounding the volcano that gives it its name. After careful harvesting, the agave hearts are cooked in a traditional stone oven before distillation in copper stills. This process guarantees a crystal-clear spirit with an authentic character. Buying Volcan de Mi Terra Blanco means bringing a piece of Mexican craftsmanship home.
On the nose, the tequila reveals fresh notes of agave, citrus fruits, and a subtle peppery spice. On the palate, it unfolds a harmonious balance of sweetness and dry minerality – fruity, spicy, and surprisingly complex for a blanco. The finish is clean and crisp, leaving a pleasantly warming aftertaste with a hint of white pepper.
At Wine In Time in Vienna, you'll find high-quality spirits like Volcan de Mi Terra Blanco with express delivery directly to your home. Order it online and enjoy genuine quality without any detours.
Serve the Blanco chilled at around 8–10°C – neat in a nosing glass or as a base for first-class margaritas. It pairs perfectly with nuts, aged cheese, or fresh ceviche. A versatile companion for relaxed evenings.
