About the manufacturer
Delamotte
Delamotte is a traditional Champagne house from Épernay, renowned for its elegant and authentic Champagnes since 1760. The house belongs to the same group as the legendary Salon and shares its philosophy of quality over quantity – a promise reflected in every glass.
What makes Delamotte special is its focus on classic Champagne elegance without unnecessary embellishments. You won't find an overpowering flavor here, but rather the perfect balance between finesse and character. The house's Brut Champagnes are distinguished by a remarkable minerality, imparted by the chalky soils of Champagne – a subtle yet distinctive signature.
The house employs long maturation periods and meticulous grape selection. The result is champagnes that appear timeless yet feel decidedly modern. They are not trendy, but timeless – just right for someone who recognizes quality and appreciates genuine taste.
At Wine In Time you get Delamotte champagnes that truly represent this philosophy – perfect for moments when only the best is good enough.

Champagne
Delamotte Brut comes from one of the most traditional Champagne houses in Champagne . For generations, Delamotte has stood for elegance and precision – this Brut is a flawless example of that. The blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier combines freshness, structure, and finesse into a harmonious whole.
The vinification follows classic methods: The base Wines mature separately in stainless steel tanks to preserve the clarity of the aromas. After the second fermentation in the bottle, the Champagne ages on the lees, which gives it its creamy texture and delicate complexity. The dosage is subtle and underscores the wine's natural freshness.
On the nose, notes of green apple, citrus fruits, and delicate brioche unfold. On the palate, the Delamotte Brut is lively yet elegant: fine bubbles, refreshing acidity, and a silky texture. The finish is long, clean, and characterized by a subtle minerality. A Champagne that effortlessly combines lightness and depth.
At Wine In Time you'll find this and many other excellent sparkling Wines in our selection . Fast delivery to Vienna and all of Austria – order the Delamotte Brut and experience pure enjoyment.
Serve it well chilled at 6–8 °C as an aperitif or with oysters, smoked fish, and delicate appetizers. A champagne that elevates any occasion.
