Clos de Vougeot 2010

Lucien Le Moine is a tiny, legendary négociant winery from Gevrey-Chambertin in the heart of Burgundy. Founded in 1988, the estate has earned an excellent reputation for top quality and artisanal perfection. What makes it special: Lucien Le Moine buys grapes and barrels from carefully selected parcels, but vinifies them independently with great care and often surprising elegance.

The house style is characterized by purity and balance – you won't find over-extracted, over-oaked Wines here, but rather expressions of true terroir. The Burgundy classics in the portfolio display finesse, mineral tension, and that subtle complexity that lends great Wines their age. Lucien Le Moine works conservatively and respectfully: natural fermentations, minimal intervention, and long aging in fine oak barrels.

Production is deliberately small, which explains the exclusivity. Wines like the Bienvenues Bâtard-Montrachet represent what modern Burgundy should be – precise, refined, and with excellent aging potential. At Wine In Time, you'll find these rare treasures, along with expert advice and a genuine appreciation for the craft.
