Fevre Les Preuses 2022

The Marcel et Blanche Fevre Les Preuses 2022 is a Chablis Grand Cru from the heart of Burgundy , showcasing the full class of this legendary vineyard. The Marcel et Blanche Fevre estate cultivates Les Preuses, one of Chablis' seven Grand Cru vineyards, with the utmost respect for terroir and tradition. Here, Chardonnay grapes ripen on Kimmeridgian limestone soils, producing Wines of rare precision and longevity.

In vinification, the winery focuses on careful processing that highlights the mineral character of the terroir. The Fevre Les Preuses 2022 spends time on the fine lees without being dominated by oak – thus preserving the crystal-clear character of the Chardonnay.

On the nose, this Grand Cru greets you with aromas of white blossoms, citrus fruits, and delicate stone notes. On the palate, it displays a firm minerality, a silky smoothness, and a vibrant freshness supported by delicate fruit and a saline depth. The finish is long, elegant, and characterized by a tension that invites another sip.
