About the manufacturer
screaming eagle
Screaming Eagle is a legendary Napa Valley winery that has stood for exceptional quality and innovation since 1986. The name says it all: these Wines practically demand attention – and rightly so.
The winery has earned a worldwide reputation as a pioneer, especially with its powerful Cabernet Sauvignons, which perfectly combine elegance and intensity. But Screaming Eagle also surprises with other facets: The Sauvignon Blanc displays the salty minerality that makes Napa Valley so appealing. With "The Flight," you'll find an innovative blend concept that masterfully combines different grape varieties.
What truly makes Screaming Eagle special is the tireless craftsmanship behind every drop. The team works with minimal intervention, respecting nature and letting the grapes speak for themselves. You can taste it in every sip: no gimmicks, just authentic power and complexity.
Screaming Eagle Wines aren't just Californian—they're a statement of uncompromising quality. At Wine In Time, you can get these superb bottles from a partner who shares the same passion for authentic wine culture as the winery itself.

Sauvignon Blanc
The 2017 Screaming Eagle Sauvignon Blanc is among the most exclusive White Wines in the world and comes from the legendary Screaming Eagle winery in Napa Valley. While the estate is primarily known for its iconic Cabernet Sauvignon, it produces only a tiny quantity of this exceptional Sauvignon Blanc in select years. The grapes are sourced from California , where the Mediterranean climate and mineral-rich soils create ideal growing conditions.
The winemaking process is carried out with the utmost care: hand-harvesting at optimal ripeness, gentle pressing, and aging in French oak barrels give this wine its unique depth. Only a few hundred bottles are produced annually – a privilege for connoisseurs and collectors.
On the nose, the 2017 Screaming Eagle Sauvignon Blanc unfolds a captivating bouquet of white peach, citrus blossom, and delicate herbal notes. On the palate, it displays impressive concentration combined with elegance: juicy fruit meets creamy texture and mineral freshness. The finish is long, complex, and remarkably precise.
At Wine In Time Vienna, you can have this rare treasure delivered to you quickly and discreetly. Also discover our selection of White Wines with other rarities from around the world.
Serve this exceptional wine well chilled at 10–12°C with fine fish, scallops, or creamy risottos. A wine for special moments and discerning palates.
