About the manufacturer
Sine Qua Non
Sine Qua Non is a California winery from Paso Robles, renowned for its unconventional and extremely limited productions. The founder and winemaker follows a radical philosophy: each bottle is a work of art, each Vintage an experiment with its own name and often its own design.
You won't find any standard Wines here. Sine Qua Non works with unusual grape blends and boldly experiments with vinification and style. Wines like "The Hated Hunter" or "Kolibri" are an expression of this artistic freedom – intense, complex, and often polarizing. The winery deliberately produces in tiny quantities, making these Wines highly sought-after collector's items.
Quality is non-negotiable. Despite the playful approach, the Wines produced possess great depth and aging potential, offering a unique interpretation of the Californian terroir. Each bottling tells a story and challenges you to reconsider your expectations of taste.
At Wine In Time you will find a curated selection of these rare treasures – for all those who dare to drink beyond the ordinary.

The Sine Qua Non winery is located in California , USA. Their 2000 A Capella is a Red Wine for connoisseurs who appreciate the origin and style of a Californian winery. Those looking to buy Sine Qua Non A Capella 2000 will find a wine with a distinct identity.
California is considered a diverse wine region with a wide range of styles, from cooler coastal areas to sun-drenched valleys. The exact grape varieties and winemaking techniques are not detailed in this description; therefore, it remains intentionally general and refrains from making specific promises.
As a Red Wine from this region, one can expect a fruit-forward, structured character on the palate that unfolds with some time in the glass. A brief decanting can help to open up the aromas without the wine losing any of its expressiveness.
It is best served at a pleasant drinking temperature in a large Red Wine glass. It pairs well with hearty roasts, grilled meats, or spicy dishes. Enjoy it in moderation and in good company. You can conveniently order Sine Qua Non A Capella 2000 online from Wine In Time in Vienna, with express delivery directly to your door.
