Countess Gerin
Comtesse Gerin is your contact for elegant champagnes that combine craftsmanship and passion. Behind this brand lies a deep connection to the Champagne region, where traditional methods meet a modern understanding of quality.
Comtesse Gerin's champagnes are characterized by their clarity and finesse. The Blanc de Noirs is a powerful, characterful champagne made from Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier – grape varieties that bring not only structure but also depth to the bottle. The Rose Selection, on the other hand, demonstrates precise cellar mastery: a rosé with a balance between fruit, elegance, and a delicate acidity that will satisfy even the most discerning palates.
What makes Comtesse Gerin special is its focus on the essentials. No superfluous dosages, no artificial flavorings – just champagne that lets its grapes speak for themselves. This makes the bottles versatile: from aperitif to meal.

The Comtesse Gerin Blanc de Noirs Extra Brut unites the full power of the red grape varieties Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier in an elegant Champagne. The traditional Comtesse Gerin winery in Champagne relies on classic vinification and extended lees aging to give this Blanc de Noirs its remarkable depth. The grapes are gently pressed, and only the finest must is used in the cuvée – resulting in a Champagne with character and substance.
On the nose, the Comtesse Gerin Blanc de Noirs unfolds complex aromas of ripe red fruits, brioche, and delicate toasty notes. On the palate, it is powerful yet refined: the Extra Brut dosage allows the natural fruit and mineral structure to shine through. The finish is long and precise, leaving a lasting impression of freshness and complexity.
At Wine In Time in Vienna, you'll find a carefully curated selection of sparkling Wines that will delight connoisseurs and newcomers alike. Order this exceptional Blanc de Noirs conveniently online – we'll deliver it quickly and safely to your home.
Serve the Comtesse Gerin Blanc de Noirs well chilled at 8–10 °C. It pairs perfectly with shellfish, crab, and lobster, but also shines with sautéed mushrooms or creamy risottos. Enjoy it on special occasions or whenever you want to treat yourself to something extraordinary.
