Brut Classic NV

Deutz Brut Classic is a timeless Champagne from the traditional Maison Deutz, which has been producing top-quality Wines in Aÿ, in the heart of Champagne , since 1838. This cuvée of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay embodies classic Champagne craftsmanship – precise, elegant, and with a fine balance between freshness and maturity.

In its vinification process, Deutz relies on meticulous hand-harvesting and gentle pressing of the grapes. The base Wines mature partly in stainless steel and partly in small oak barrels before blending. Subsequent bottle fermentation and at least three years of lees aging give the Champagne its characteristic creaminess and complexity.

On the nose, the Deutz Brut Classic unfolds an enticing bouquet of ripe apples, pears, and brioche, accompanied by delicate notes of almonds and a hint of citrus freshness. On the palate, it is elegant and harmonious: the lively bubbles carry aromas of white peach, hazelnut, and subtle yeast. The finish is long, creamy, and characterized by a refreshing minerality that makes you want another sip.
