Faiveley
Faiveley is a traditional winery in the heart of Burgundy, renowned for generations for its exceptional Pinot Noirs and Chardonnays. Based in Nuits-Saint-Georges, the estate boasts one of the most impressive portfolios of Grands and Premiers Crus in the region – from the elegant Musigny to the powerful Mazis Chambertin.
What distinguishes Faiveley is its unwavering dedication to classic Burgundy style: refined, mineral, and with great aging potential. The estate cultivates over 120 hectares of vineyards and combines traditional methods with modern expertise. Grape selection is meticulous, fermentation is natural, and aging in oak barrels is respectfully measured – never overpowering, always in service of the terroir.

Clos De Beze Les Ouvrees Rodin
The Faiveley Clos De Beze Les Ouvrées Rodin 2019 is an outstanding Grand Cru from the legendary Clos de Bèze vineyard in Burgundy. The Faiveley estate is one of the region's most prestigious and cultivates some of its most sought-after sites. This particular Burgundy parcel produces Pinot Noir of exceptional finesse and concentration.
The wine is produced in the classic style: long maceration, spontaneous fermentation, and aging in French barriques. This results in a wine that combines tradition and precision. The 2019 Vintage is ripe, yet possesses the cool elegance that characterizes great Burgundies.
The nose reveals a bouquet of dark cherries, violets, and a hint of undergrowth. This complexity continues on the palate: silky tannins, vibrant acidity, and impressive length. The finish is refined, with notes of spice and fine minerality that linger long after the last sip.
At Wine In Time you'll find this and many other exceptional Wines in our Red Wine selection . We'll deliver your Faiveley Clos De Beze Les Ouvrées Rodin 2019 quickly and safely to Vienna – so you can enjoy this Grand Cru as soon as possible.
