Les Brulees 2023

The Meo Camuzet Les Brulées Premier Cru 2023 comes from one of the most sought-after vineyards in Vosne-Romanée, the heart of Burgundy . Domaine Meo Camuzet is considered an institution in the region – with biodynamically cultivated vineyards and uncompromising hand-harvesting, Pinot Noirs of exceptional precision and elegance are produced here.

The grapes for Les Brulées grow on stony, calcareous soils, which impart the wine's characteristic minerality. After gentle vinification with temperature-controlled fermentation, the wine matures in French oak barrels, gaining structure and depth without losing its crystalline freshness. Aging is carefully managed to ensure that the delicate fruit and terroir expression remain paramount.

On the nose, a bouquet of red cherries, wild strawberries, and delicate spice notes unfolds, underscored by a hint of undergrowth and violets. On the palate, the Meo Camuzet Les Brulées 2023 reveals silky tannins, vibrant acidity, and remarkable length. The finish is clean, elegant, and marked by fine minerality – a wine that combines finesse and substance.
