Les Perières Meursault
The Yvon Clerget Les Perrieres Meursault 2023 is among the outstanding Premier Cru White Wines from Burgundy. The Yvon Clerget estate cultivates small parcels in the legendary Meursault vineyards with meticulous care, producing Chardonnays that delight connoisseurs worldwide. Les Perrières is considered one of the most mineral-driven and expressive vineyards – the stony soil lends this wine its distinctive character. Discover more Burgundy Wines in our selection.
The vinification follows Burgundian tradition: hand-harvesting, gentle pressing, and aging in small oak barrels. Yvon Clerget focuses on minimal intervention to preserve the purity of the terroir. The 2023 Vintage is crystalline and precise, a Meursault with depth and elegance that reveals its origin with every sip.
On the nose, aromas of yellow stone fruits, hazelnut, and delicate minerality unfold. On the palate, the wine is dense and creamy, with vibrant acidity that lends it structure and length. Notes of brioche, honeydew melon, and salty, stony minerality intertwine to create a complex overall impression. The finish is long, cool, and imbued with a refined freshness.
