Château Mouton Rothschild is one of Bordeaux's most legendary wineries and represents absolute world-class quality. Located in Pauillac, on the left bank of the region, the estate has been synonymous with elegance and power for generations.
What truly sets Mouton Rothschild apart is its unwavering dedication to perfection. The winery produces only small quantities, each bottle treated like a work of art – and this is reflected in the taste. The Wines impress with their concentrated fruit, fine tannins, and a complex structure that offers decades of aging potential.
Another distinguishing feature is the annually changing artwork on the label – famous artists have designed the label since 1945. This demonstrates the cultural depth and passion of this company.
Mouton Wines are equally fascinating for serious collectors and connoisseurs. They combine classic Bordeaux elegance with intense, dark fruit and a distinctive character. At Wine In Time, you'll find a carefully curated selection of these classics – from great Vintages to exceptional rarities.

The 2015 Mouton Rothschild from Château Mouton Rothschild embodies the essence of a great Bordeaux from Pauillac. This legendary estate in the Médoc is one of the five Premier Cru Classés and has been synonymous with world-class Wines for generations. The 2015 Vintage is considered one of the best of recent decades – a perfect combination of ideal weather conditions and masterful skill.
The blend consists of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc, vinified with the utmost precision in the Château's historic cellars. After extended maceration, the wine matures in new French oak barrels, where it develops its structure and depth. The result is a wine of exceptional complexity and elegance, bearing the unmistakable signature of Mouton Rothschild.
On the nose, an intense bouquet of blackcurrants, blackberries, and cassis unfolds, accompanied by notes of dark chocolate, cedar, and a subtle spiciness. On the palate, the 2015 Mouton Rothschild is powerful yet silky, with perfectly integrated tannins and an impressive abundance of fruit. The finish is long, precise, and characterized by elegant minerality – a wine that can age for decades.
At Wine In Time, you can order this exceptional wine directly online and have it delivered to Vienna or anywhere in Austria. Discover our selection of Red Wines for other exquisite Vintages.
