About the manufacturer
FX Pichler
FX Pichler is one of the Wachau's top wineries and represents Riesling of the highest caliber. With its vineyards on the steep slopes of the Danube, this Austrian winery has been producing Wines of impressive minerality and elegance for generations. Vineyards like Steinertal and Kellerberg are classics that demonstrate just how magnificent Austrian Riesling can be – powerful, precise, and with a saline minerality that instantly transports you to the Wachau.
What makes FX Pichler special is the combination of tradition and precision. The grapes are selectively harvested, and fermentation occurs spontaneously with wild yeasts – resulting in Wines of incredible depth and complexity. The characteristic FX Pichler style is dry, mineral, and age-worthy, without sacrificing elegance. You won't find overripe or over-extracted Wines here, but rather purism in the truest sense.
With 26 products in our range, you can explore the full spectrum of this winery – from classic single-vineyard Wines to experimental cuvées. At Wine In Time, you get authentic Wachau classics from a producer who has maintained unwavering standards for decades.

Unendlich
The FX Pichler Unendlich 2023 is more than a Riesling – it's a legend from the Wachau. Franz Xaver Pichler is considered one of Austria's most important winemakers , and with Unendlich he has created a wine that explores the limits of what's possible. Originating from the steep Kellerberg vineyard, where ancient weathered soils meet bedrock, this wine produces a Riesling of unparalleled precision and depth year after year.
The vinification follows the Pichler philosophy: spontaneous fermentation, extended lees aging, zero compromises. The FX Pichler Unendlich 2023 matures for months on its fine lees, gaining its characteristic creaminess while maintaining a freshness. Each bottle is numbered, strictly limited, and a piece of Wachau wine history.
On the nose, a universe of ripe apricots, citrus peel, white peach, and delicate herbal notes unfolds. The palate reveals its full complexity: mineral, taut, yet supported by a silky texture. The acidity is scalpel-precise, the body powerful, and the finish truly seems endless. Each sip unveils new facets – stone fruit, saline notes, and subtle honey accents.
At Wine In Time Vienna, you can order this exceptional wine online and have it delivered quickly to your home. Discover other rare Wines in our selection of White Wines – for special moments and discerning palates.
Serve the Unendlich at 10–12°C with fine fish, scallops, mature mountain cheese or simply on its own – as meditation in a glass.
