About the manufacturer
Copenhagen Sparkling Tea Company
The Copenhagen Sparkling Tea Company brings fresh energy from Denmark to your glass. This innovative distillery specializes in the art of fermented teas, creating a fascinating alternative to classic spirits and soft drinks. With products like Rod, Gron, and Bla – named after their characteristic colors – the company demonstrates the creative possibilities of working with natural ingredients and fermentation techniques.
What makes the Copenhagen Sparkling Tea Company special is its minimalist, natural approach. You won't find any artificial flavors or unnecessary additives here – instead, authentic flavor profiles from carefully selected, high-quality teas and botanicals. The range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic options is particularly interesting: While Rod and Gron impress with their gentle alcohol content, Lysegron and Lyserod Alcohol-Free offer the same sophistication for any occasion.
The Danish philosophy of this brand combines Scandinavian clarity with a spirit of experimentation. The result is a range of drinks with character, perfect for enjoying neat or taking your cocktails in new directions. At Wine In Time, you'll find the full spectrum of these exceptional creations – for those who think outside the box.

Blah, blah, alcohol-free
The Copenhagen Sparkling Tea Company's Bla Alcohol-Free tea from Copenhagen is a handcrafted blend that demonstrates the multifaceted nature of alcohol-free enjoyment. The Copenhagen Sparkling Tea Company specializes in combining the finest teas with delicate bubbles – a revolution for those who wish to abstain from alcohol without sacrificing sophistication.
For Bla Alcohol-Free, select jasmine blossoms, delicate white tea, and aromatic Darjeeling are artfully combined and naturally carbonated. The result is a beverage that presents itself like a fine sparkling wine, yet remains completely alcohol-free. The vinification process is carried out with the utmost care: the tea leaves are gently infused, filtered, and then refined in the bottle with a fine perlage.
On the nose, floral jasmine notes unfold, accompanied by the gentle sweetness of white tea and the earthy depth of Darjeeling. On the palate, the non-alcoholic Bla is refreshingly light, with fine bubbles that carry the floral and slightly grassy aromas. The finish is clean, invigorating, and leaves a hint of blossoms and tea – elegant and unobtrusive.
Wine In Time brings this special creation from Copenhagen directly to Vienna. In our tea selection, you'll find other exceptional teas for conscious enjoyment. Order the Copenhagen Sparkling Tea Company Bla Alcohol-Free and experience alcohol-free indulgence at its finest.
Serve well chilled at 6–8 °C as an aperitif, with light appetizers, sushi, or Asian dishes. Also delicious on its own – for any moment when you're looking for elegance without alcohol.
