About the manufacturer
Copenhagen Sparkling Tea Company
The Copenhagen Sparkling Tea Company brings fresh energy from Denmark to your glass. This innovative distillery specializes in the art of fermented teas, creating a fascinating alternative to classic spirits and soft drinks. With products like Rod, Gron, and Bla – named after their characteristic colors – the company demonstrates the creative possibilities of working with natural ingredients and fermentation techniques.
What makes the Copenhagen Sparkling Tea Company special is its minimalist, natural approach. You won't find any artificial flavors or unnecessary additives here – instead, authentic flavor profiles from carefully selected, high-quality teas and botanicals. The range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic options is particularly interesting: While Rod and Gron impress with their gentle alcohol content, Lysegron and Lyserod Alcohol-Free offer the same sophistication for any occasion.
The Danish philosophy of this brand combines Scandinavian clarity with a spirit of experimentation. The result is a range of drinks with character, perfect for enjoying neat or taking your cocktails in new directions. At Wine In Time, you'll find the full spectrum of these exceptional creations – for those who think outside the box.

Lysegron, Lysegron alcohol-free
The Copenhagen Sparkling Tea Company has created an innovation with Lysegron Alcohol-Free, redefining alcohol-free enjoyment. Japanese sencha, green tea, and fresh citrus notes blend into a sparkling beverage that will surprise you with its finesse. Developed in the Danish capital, this sparkling tea stands for uncompromising quality – proving that abstaining from alcohol doesn't have to mean sacrificing flavor.
The vinification follows the principles of the classic sparkling wine method, but entirely without alcohol. The delicate tea leaves are carefully processed, naturally carbonated, and gently bottled. The result: a lively mousse reminiscent of traditional sparkling Wines, yet retaining its own unique character. Copenhagen Sparkling Tea Company Lysegron Alcohol-Free presents itself as a distinct beverage that neither imitates wine nor lemonade, but rather opens up a new category.
On the nose, delicate notes of green tea unfold, complemented by a fresh citrus breeze that promises lightness. On the palate, Lysegron Alcohol-Free presents itself as elegant and invigorating: the herbal freshness of the Sencha harmonizes with the subtle sweetness of the green tea, while the citrus aromas contribute a pleasant vibrancy. The finish remains clean and refreshing, leaving a pure, lasting impression without any heavy sweetness.
