Burgundy Red
The Yvon Clerget Bourgogne Rouge 2023 embodies Burgundian craftsmanship in its purest form. The traditional Yvon Clerget winery cultivates its vineyards in the prestigious sites of Burgundy with uncompromising care and deep respect for terroir and tradition.
This Pinot Noir is vinified using the classic method: spontaneous fermentation with natural yeasts, careful extraction, and aging in French oak barrels. The result is a wine that prioritizes authenticity over effect – clear, precise, and without any exaggeration. The Yvon Clerget Bourgogne Rouge 2023 perfectly embodies what makes an honest Burgundy.
On the nose, red berry aromas of raspberry and cherry unfold, accompanied by delicate floral notes and a hint of earthy minerality. On the palate, the wine presents a silky texture, lively acidity, and fine-grained tannins that are perfectly integrated. The medium-length finish remains elegant, leaving a fresh, fruit-forward impression.
At Wine In Time, you can order this authentic Burgundy online and benefit from express delivery to Vienna. Discover our other Red Wine selection, featuring hand-picked Wines from around the world.
Serve Yvon Clerget slightly chilled at 14–16°C with roast duck, coq au vin, or delicate mushroom dishes. It also pairs wonderfully with creamy soft cheeses such as Époisses or Chaource.
