About the manufacturer
Laurent Perrier
Laurent-Perrier is one of the most traditional Champagne houses in the heart of Champagne and has stood for elegant, finely structured Champagnes of the highest quality for over 200 years. The house has consciously opted against heavy, opulent styles – instead, at Laurent-Perrier you will find Champagnes that impress with their finesse, freshness, and pronounced minerality.
What makes Laurent-Perrier special is its consistent philosophy of lightness and balance. The champagnes are crafted with great care from the finest vineyards, focusing on purity and elegance. You notice this immediately: the bubbles are fine and persistent, the aromas complex but never overpowering.
The range extends from the iconic "Blanc de Blancs"—a single-varietal Chardonnay Champagne with wonderfully subtle complexity—to the romantic "Robe" series with its characteristic pink label. Particularly appealing are the thoughtfully designed packages such as "La Cuvée" with exclusive glasses or the "Gold" editions for special occasions.
At Wine In Time you will find a carefully curated selection from the Laurent Perrier collection, chosen for your perfect celebration – whether intimate or grand.

Champagne
The House of Laurent-Perrier is one of the great independent Champagne houses and has stood for generations for a style that prioritizes freshness over richness. The grapes come from select vineyards in Champagne , where chalky soils and a cool climate produce the elegance for which the house is known.
La Cuvée is the house's signature champagne, a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier, composed of over one hundred different base Wines. The second fermentation takes place classically in the bottle, followed by extended aging on the lees, which develops complexity and creaminess without sacrificing its characteristic freshness. This maturation unfolds particularly gently in the 3-liter Jeroboam – the larger bottle volume ensures a slower development and a remarkable fineness of the perlage.
On the nose, La Cuvée reveals notes of citrus fruit, white blossoms, and a hint of brioche. On the palate, it is taut, vibrant, and creamy, supported by fine bubbles and a mineral acidity that adds tension. The finish is long, salty-fresh, with a lingering aftertaste of ripe pear and toasted almond.
