Les Clos 2017

Vincent Dauvissat is one of the top wineries in Chablis and is considered a guarantor of pure, mineral White Wines of the highest quality. For generations, the family estate has cultivated select parcels in Burgundy's northernmost wine region, relying on traditional craftsmanship combined with a modern approach to quality.

What makes Dauvissat special: The Wines come from top vineyards like Vaillons and impress with their crystalline minerality, freshness, and remarkable aging potential. Here, Chardonnay is not opulent and woody, but elegantly and precisely interpreted – this is the Chablis philosophy in its purest form. At Dauvissat, you won't find overripe fruit or broad textures, but rather delicate, saline notes that speak directly of limestone and chalk.

The winery works sustainably and respectfully with its vineyards. Every bottle embodies the authentic expression of the terroir – that is why Dauvissat Wines are equally appreciated by collectors and professionals.

At Wine In Time you will find the exclusive Wines of Vincent Dauvissat, selected according to strict criteria so that you can directly experience the authenticity of a great Burgundian winery.
