Meursault
The Ballot Millot Meursault 2021 is a superb White Wine from the renowned Ballot Millot estate in the heart of Burgundy . This family-run winery cultivates its vineyards around Meursault with respect for terroir and tradition. The Chardonnay grapes thrive on classic limestone soils, which impart the wine with its characteristic minerality. Vinification takes place traditionally in oak barrels, where the wine also undergoes its delicate maturation – without being dominated by the wood.
On the nose, the 2021 Ballot Millot Meursault unfolds an elegant bouquet of ripe yellow fruits, subtle nutty aromas, and a hint of butter. On the palate, the typical Meursault complexity is evident: a creamy texture, juicy fruit, and a vibrant minerality that lends the wine structure and length. The finish is lingering, with delicate spice and elegantly integrated acidity that invites another sip.
At Wine In Time, you can get this Burgundian classic with express delivery directly to your door in Vienna and throughout Austria. Discover our selection of White Wines for other exquisite Vintages.
