About the manufacturer

Kolonne Null is a German distillery specializing in high-quality non-alcoholic alternatives – setting completely new standards in the process. What makes them special is that they don't simply remove the alcohol; they develop entirely new beverages from scratch that can rival their alcoholic counterparts in taste.
The team behind Kolonne Null understands that alcohol-free doesn't mean sacrificing complexity and enjoyment. Their Wines combine high-quality raw materials, innovative processes, and skilled craftsmanship. The results are impressive: Rouge No. 2 captivates with fruity, spicy notes reminiscent of classic Red Wine styles, while the Rosé impresses with its floral elegance. The Riesling Alcohol-Free brings the characteristic minerality and fruity profile of a good German Riesling to the table, without the alcohol.
These products are for everyone who consciously chooses to abstain from alcohol – whether for health reasons, personal conviction, or simply because they want to be able to think clearly in the evening. At Wine In Time, you'll find Kolonne Null, the perfect companion for convivial moments where genuine taste quality is non-negotiable.

Kolonne Null Rouge No. 2 Alcohol-Free demonstrates that alcohol-free Red Wine can be far more than just an alternative. Originating from Spain, this wine combines the powerful Tempranillo and Syrah grape varieties to create an experience that exudes true wine character. The Berlin-based winery Kolonne Null is dedicated to creating alcohol-free Wines that not only offer a compromise but also inspire – and this Rouge is living proof of that.
Dealcoholization is carried out gently at low temperatures, preserving the aromas and structure of the wine. What you find in your glass is not a compromise, but a unique composition: The grapes are harvested fully ripe, vinified like classic Red Wine, and only at the very end is the alcohol carefully removed. This way, the soul of the wine remains intact.
The nose reveals aromas of dark berries, ripe cherry, and subtle spices. On the palate, Kolonne Null Rouge No. 2 Alcohol-Free is surprisingly full-bodied and balanced, with soft tannins and a pleasant fruitiness. The finish is clean, fresh, and reminiscent of a well-made Red Wine – only without the alcohol.
