Les Boucheres
The Yvon Clerget Les Boucheres Premier Cru 2023 comes from one of France's most prestigious wine regions and perfectly embodies Burgundian craftsmanship. The Yvon Clerget estate cultivates its Burgundy vineyards with meticulous care, allowing the full expressiveness of the Chardonnay grape to shine through in this Premier Cru.
The grapes for the Yvon Clerget Les Boucheres 2023 are hand-harvested and gently vinified. After gentle pressing, the wine matures in French oak barrels, which imparts a subtle structure and harmonious complexity without masking the clear fruit. This classic method underscores its Premier Cru status and reveals the depth of the terroir.
On the nose, a delicate bouquet of white blossoms, ripe stone fruit, and a subtle citrus note unfolds. On the palate, the Chardonnay reveals itself as elegant and precise: a creamy texture, vibrant minerality, and a refreshing acidity that is perfectly integrated. The finish is long, cool, and marked by a fine salinity – a wine with character and depth.
At Wine In Time you can buy the Yvon Clerget Les Boucheres 2023 and conveniently order it to your home in Vienna with express delivery. Also discover our selection of White Wines and find other rare Wines from Burgundy.
Serve this Premier Cru at 10–12 °C with grilled fish, scallops, mature hard cheeses, or creamy risottos. A wine for connoisseurs who appreciate elegance and authenticity.
