The Pur Platin Rot 2018 from the Pur winery is an exceptional Blaufränkisch from Carnuntum, which unfolds its full charm in the impressive magnum bottle. In the Carnuntum region, known for its powerful yet elegant Red Wines, Wines of particular precision are produced on mineral-rich soils – the Platin Rot is a striking example of this. The Pur winery is committed to purity and authenticity, which is reflected in every sip of this wine.
The vinification process is carried out with the utmost care: The Blaufränkisch grapes are harvested by hand and gently processed to preserve their delicate aromas. Aging in wooden barrels lends the wine structure and depth without masking its natural lightness. The magnum bottle not only offers an impressive format but also allows the wine to mature more slowly and develop more harmoniously.
On the nose, the Pur Platin Rot 2018 is perfumed and complex – notes of dark berries, delicate spices, and a hint of violets caress your senses. On the palate, it unfolds an elegant lightness, supported by silky tannins and a vibrant fruit sweetness. The finish is long, precise, and leaves an impression of pure finesse.
At Wine In Time, you can conveniently order this special Blaufränkisch online and benefit from fast delivery to Vienna. Also discover our selection of Red Wines and other Wines from Austria.
Serve the Pur Platin Rot 2018 at around 16–18 degrees Celsius with mushroom dishes, game birds, or roasted vegetables. A wine that will leave a lasting impression on you and your guests.
