The Bonneau du Martray Corton Grand Cru 2019 is a tribute to the Burgundian terroir of the Côte de Beaune. The Bonneau du Martray estate is one of the few domains that cultivate exclusively Grand Cru vineyards – Corton and Corton-Charlemagne. This Pinot Noir comes from the legendary Corton vineyard and embodies the classic style of one of Burgundy's most prestigious houses.
The grapes were hand-harvested, gently fermented, and aged in French oak barrels. Bonneau du Martray relies on traditional methods without fining or filtration – thus fully preserving the wine's original power and finesse. The 2019 Vintage is considered outstanding, with ideal climatic conditions for structure and ripeness.
On the nose, the 2019 Bonneau du Martray Corton unfolds aromas of black cherry, blackberry, and violet, underpinned by notes of dark spices, leather, and subtle smoke. On the palate, it is powerful yet elegant, with silky tannins, vibrant acidity, and a long, mineral finish. A Red Wine of impressive depth and aging potential.
At Wine In Time, you can easily order this Grand Cru online and receive it with express delivery directly to your door in Vienna and the surrounding area. We offer carefully selected Wines for every occasion.
Serve the wine at 16–18 °C and allow it to breathe for an hour before enjoying. It pairs perfectly with duck, goose, game birds, or aged hard cheese – a wine for special moments.
